All of our products are hand made to order. Please note the following lead times:

*Retail 5-7 Business Days *Wholesale: Up to 2 weeks

We stand behind our products at My Bath Bakery Spa. At this time, we do not provide refunds. If you are not happy with any of your items, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will make every effort to rectify any issue. Please make note that although we can’t control what happens during shipping (you know that guy who throws boxes on porches like he’s playing in left field, or like the guy on the YouTube videos throwing things on a porch).… we take every effort to ensure that if he does throw any of our products, our babies would be able to withstand his best shot!

Yes, we’ll ship internationally, however, please note that the initial shipping charge you receive at checkout will be different from your actual shipping total. Once your products are made we will send you an invoice with the final shipping cost based on the country you reside in.

 

No. We do not ship to P.O. boxes unless arrangements have been previously made.
